Attention, walkers: if you want to drop pounds faster, trade up to a trot.  When one group ran for 30 minutes at a moderate pace and another walked on an incline at the same perceived effort level, the runners burned two more calories per minute, a study in the Journal of Sports Sciences reveals.  Over a year that means almost 5 pounds go poof!
