A new year, a new you!

| January 11, 2013 | 2 Comments More

This year is just beginning and with it comes the “dreaded new year’s resolutions”. They are usually dreaded because people decide to cut out something in their life that they have enjoyed doing for possibly years, but know deep in their hearts that they need to stop…like smoking or drinking, or over eating. Why not make a promise to yourself to get motivated this year instead of making a resolution. A motivated goal comes from the heart and is personal while a resolution is just a possibility and might not be permanent. Make this your year of definites, not maybes!

I love this and am looking forward to participating. Having trouble though because I am not receiving the confirming email. Checked my spam folder. Any other ideas?

    Thanks so much!
