Too many of us set short term goals to getting healthy; (I want to look good for my reunion, etc.) your health should always be a priority. Work each day to get yourself healthier and healthier!

    Dr. Andersen I signed up for the 30 day challenge and received confirmation e-mail but did not find anything in my e-mail on monday as you stated. when will the 30 day challenge begin?

      I had the same issue with not receiving the 30 challenge emails until today, Friday 1/25/13. I want to know if I can get the emails that I missed so I can forward them to my clients? Thanks in advance!
