I am a “newbie” in phase I. Before I started, I was taking in 20 grams of fiber daily as per my GI provider. However, I have really been having bouts of constipation and finding it difficult to be where I was previously with the fiber. I do know I can count all the fiber in the meals, and I have had to resort to Myralax but still not too much help!
