  1. I started the Medifast program August 2011. I have lost 52 lbs and am very happy with my results. My coach, Devi Hershce, is very helpful-she has meetings once a month a we share great ideas and success stories. I have about 10 more lbs to lose and I will be in contact with Devi regularly to keep me on track with the maintenance program. I look forward to that! Thanks to TSFL!!!

      Are you sure you didnt mean 2012? Ive been on it since NOvember of 2012 and have lost over 30 pounds. Congratulations on your success but I thought 2011 was a mistake. Good luck with your last ten pounds!!
