I was very happy to see this spicy update in my email! I have lost enough weight (still on the journey) and have become more active enough to eliminate 2 of the 3 pain medications I take for my back. My physician said I could cut back as I needed. I was a cna/caregiver for years and I did not use proper body mechanics. I developed arthritis and bone spurs in my back. The bone spurs are not painful like the arthritis is but they sure reek havoc on my mobility! Anyway, inflammation was a big problem. I read that ginger, cayenne pepper have anti-inflammatory properties. I love to add these to my foods and liberally is a WONDERFUL word! Thank you for the update! I hope to kick the last med to the curb soon!
