Fruit juices may not be the best choice.

Fruit juices may seem like a healthy choice, but they’re usually loaded with sweeteners and empty calories that don’t fill you up, but rather lead to weight gain. If you just can’t deny yourself the juice, invest in a juicer and make your own fruit & vegetable juice blends.
