Prepare meals ahead of time by grilling chicken, chopping vegetables, and pre-boiling whole wheat pasta. These foods will keep in the fridge for 5 days. The grocery store can be a great alternative to fast food as well: pick up a rotisserie chicken and a salad from the salad bar when you need a quick healthy meal.
