Friend-proof your diet.

You may have some friends who may not support your goals, whether intentionally or not. These friends might make you feel okay about making excuses, and that it’s okay to eat something that you know you shouldn’t. Figure out who these friends are, and make it a point to not eat meals with them. Instead, have these friends join you in healthy, fun activities. You could be the good influence on them and help them change their lifestyle!
