We haven’t spent the time to explore our own minds. Where I want to spend the rest of my career is helping people understand how to unwrap that. Use their strengths, which are their minds.
Most people don’t meditate. I mean you ask most people to just take a couple breaths and their mind goes all over the place. It’s a cognitive emotive loop that’s just non-stop.
What we want to do is have people Stop. Challenge. and Choose., the outcome that now puts them in control.
