What’s consciousness?

Consciousness refers to the state of being aware of one’s thoughts and feelings.

The more we’re self-aware, the more we can consciously influence our thoughts and feelings and respond in a resourceful way to help others.

So we have five senses, you know we see, we hear, we smell, we taste, and we touch. All those are important. There’s also other things that we need to be aware of- our thoughts, our feelings- and the more we understand that the more we start taking back control.

So it starts with awareness. That’s where consciousness starts.
